I placed an order on this site a couple of months ago, but the item never arrived. The money has not been taken from my account, but the order still shows as pending so I am worried that it may be taken at some point in the future. They have not replied to emails and I dont have a phone number or geographical address. I eventually discovered that they have moved out of their previous premises without leaving a forwarding address and no-one seems to know where they have gone.
The site provides no way to delete your account, so my order is just stuck there. I have reported them to Trading Standards and am apalled that this site is still active and taking orders.
