Good Points

Looks good, well engineered and thought out. Tools excellent, particularly the hard surface brush which glides over the floors. The steel extending tubes are robust and accommodate all heights. The curved tube is excellent for on top of cupboards etc. Turbo brush very efficient. Variable power setting cover all requirements. The flexible tube is light to use together with smooth casters makes for easy manoeuvrability. Very quiet and well balanced motor.


Bad Points

If you value quality products you will be buying more from Miele and you will get what you pay for.


General Comments

If like me you dislike vacuuming the Miele Solution Hepa 5000 is the machine to buy, it makes light work of the job and is head 'n' shoulders above the other products I've used.
