General Comments

The time they have taken to deal with my - simple- case is unacceptable. So far it has been 2 months. They made an offer but deducted money for the time my dog spent waiting for his operation at the vet and his after care - a total of 8 hours! Everything is dealt with by second class post. No cheque received to date,,,, I would have liked to know how long a settlement might take
