Good Points

I love the tub. It works well and is far better value for money than others on the market. We have had our for 2 1/2 years now.


Bad Points

I hated dealing with Insparations, they were rude and argued between each other. I also refused to pay more than 30% up front and like others worried that my money was safe. I also now worry about the "lifetime warranty" who now takes care of that?


General Comments

I think it is a shame that the product is so let down by the other issues. I have also been unable to get the product and so have had to switch products a number of times and am still not happy.
