None when I was in the shop
Lack of staff, and only two of the pay points were open, which was about six staff taking payments. There was also too much stock on the floor space, so there was no room to move.
BHS could do with more staff on duty for the time of year. Also, perhaps they could redesign the layout so that people can move about more freely. They also need more pay points!
