I've read good reviews for this product, but there are problems with basic registration. So, if you can't get to first base with the software, then I can't say anything great about it..
I will say that customer support for me always responded within a day, but they have not solved the problem so far for me personally. So, I rate them a 1 for that.
In my experience, I think the Software company have made it difficult to register my product. If registration doesn't work right away, I would recommend to forget it. Because for me after one week of getting instructions, which have so far failed to work, I am demanding a refund. In my opinion registration shouldn't be more difficult to work than the product itself.
I'm not a genius with a computer, but I've certainly purchased and registered at least 50 programs over the years. In my experience DVD Cloner II has been the most frustrating time I've ever had to spend trying to use a product. I finally suggested that they register me before I just demand a refund... However as of yet it has not as far as I am aware happend.
But after 9 days and at least 35 attempts, I'm calling it a day with DVD Cloner.
