General Comments
I sent my mobile number to club crazze, expecting a free download, as it stated that one ringtone was free! since then they have taken 5 off my credit, leaving me with no credit at all. I am out of work at the moment and cannot afford to keep putting money on my phone, and when i do put some on, it has to last me a long time. I did not even receive my FREE ring tone!! How do i unsubscribe from this company? This s absolutely disgusting, and something has to be done, so these people can not keep robbing people of their money, and that is exactly what they are doing . Its pure rubbish.

I had the same problem as many others. I sent my number to club crazee and I couldn't download anything, instead, my £15 credit had gone. All the time I tried to phone club crazee, it was like the number didn't even existed. Now I am thinking in start legal action if I do not get an aswer and my money back.
