Bad Points

I Visited the BOS web site to download a brochure to review detail T&Cs for the BOS Total Business bank account. Unfortunately the web based system advised new customers should contact a Branch. As a result, I tried calling the branch to set up an appointment to discuss opening a new account. Sadly I had to do this via a call centre. Before I could make an appointment to talk to the branch, I was told I "had to complete security"! This struck me as ridiculous. To encounter this level of difficulty in contacting a branch is poor. I took this as indicative of typical BOS business customer service and decided not to take things further and terminated my call.

If this is an example of BOS business banking customer service then I'd rather not bother opening an account with them.

If BOS customer support is this bad then it does not bode well for anyone who opens an account with them.
