Good Points

Ease of use.
Range of drinks available.
Quality of coffee.
My machine is for home use and it can be quite expensive to keep a good supply of sachets replenished.


Bad Points

Sometimes it spits when brewing...especially the creamer!!


General Comments

Overall, a good product.

I researched coffee machines before I purchased and must say that the Flavia is a lot better than some others.
