My coverage is off and the customer service at Virgin is disgusting they don,t know what they,re talking about they don't know when it will be back on and it could take months. I told them I'll be stopping my direct debit and stopping th contract as they rent full filling their end of the contract and the manager said they don't have to provide service due to faults and they aren't liable and they will pass my account onto a debt collection service. Go right ahead I said I run one and i will see you in Court.
Where do Virgin get off saying that if you sign a contract they don't have to fix no network coverage and still charge you for it.
