I can not get in contact with a person to talk to when calling the customer service number.
I received an advertisement at my home from Direct TV Service assuming that because I have a Spanish last name I am ignorant and do not speak English.
In my opinion, they assume, and I quote "Most likely, you and your family switch from Spanish to English without even noticing." In fact I do not speak Spanish, I married into that last name and my husband does not speak Spanish either.
When calling to complain I was transfered three times, and then to the Direct TV Mas! That person on the customer service line didn't speak any ENGLISH!
Last time I checked, we were in the United States of America where the native language is English- not SPANISH. I think that the entire company will not direct you to a person, they appear to do a great job blaming someone else.
