There were no finance charges the first 15 months.


General Comments

I made a 400 dollar payment to early and they added finance charges and a late charge to my account the next month. When I asked why I had the extra charges they told me I had made my payment late. When they looked back through the records it showed that i had actually made every payment but I had made my november payment to early. So I made 2 november payments!!!! Anyhow to make a long story short. It was all a big misunderstanding!! Yet it took 10 phone calls and 3 reps to explain to me what happen. Now thanks to Chase I have delinquent payment on what used to be perfect credit. Don't pay your bills early, you only get punished for it. Don't go Chase either, customer service is terrible. I am looking for a different card to transfer balances. I don't ever want to have to talk to a Chase rep again.
