Were very good for the majority of time I was with them.
Every so often I would get performance issues. Got sick of taking my network apart and plugging everything in again one by one, just to prove the service is no good.
Worst of all they don't tell you what they've broken and why.
Latest issue started 3 weeks ago and no resolution to date. Sick and tired of spending 50p per minute to resolve.
Getting rid of them new provider starting 18th December.
Be very afraid, when its good its good. When its bad its absolutely dreadful. And at 50p per minute for them to fix there issues, caused by there poor routing, I'd had enough.
Also £19.95 for 1mb unlimited is a dreadful price, compared to £7.50 with O2 for 8meg unlimted. Even at the full price its £17.50.
Also comes with 100 days money back promise and free technical support line.
Shop around it makes sense!
