I have been traveling with British jet since February this year and I can honestly say I have not had a bad experience yet.
The staff are pleasant and friendly and British Jet is a pleasure to fly with.
Bad Points
The only thing I can think of is that you took the bacon off your breakfast meal that I looked forward to get on my early morning flights!
General Comments
I travel around the world and for British Jet being a cheap airline I have to say it is outstanding
I have not come across any airway that gives you free hot meals on flight and they are really nice too - especially the chicken in pesto sauce.
