Good Points

none other than price- but you get what you pay for!


Bad Points

Took 5 weeks to return phone. Requested personal Cheque from son- has no c/c or bank a/c Returned my Cheque on behalf of son- more stalling /delay Requested more info how it had been dropped... " my son dropped it and the LCD.display flooded" what else can you say? Said it had been repaired and sent out- untrue.


General Comments

Complained in writing asking for some compensation- Got letter of apology " this is an isolated incident"! This was a cataloge of incidents- do not recommend!
