Good Points

Scroll pad is good and easy to use. Nice looking player in general. Reasonable sound quality & good memory size.


Bad Points

Difficult to transfer music from the i pod onto my computer. Needed to reset it many times and after just over a year the hard drive went altogether - the end.


General Comments

It just seemed like I spent lots of time looking up the i pod online support pages. Unless you want to pay another 50 or so to have the warrenty extended for a second year, you could end up I pod less in less than 2 years. When I am forking out this much money for something, I want it to last for a few years. I had said I would never buy an I pod and I got taken in and jumped on the band wagon - I won't again.
