Good Points

Positive Tradeline Reported To All Three CRA's, "if you pay your bill!" Will work with a very low FICO score, 490 in my case. Frequent CLI, on average every three months in my case.


Bad Points

A Ton of Fees: Fee for paying online, Account Maintenance Fee, Annual Fee, and a Bunch of One Time Fees when you first get the card, $25 fee for a $100 credit limit increase. 1 week for a payment to post.


General Comments

I had this card for about a year and four months. I started with a credit limit of about $300 and ended with a limit of $700. This company is what it is, and IMHO they are selling you a "Tradeline", only you can determine if it will a positive one or a negative one. In my case, I paid the high fees and put up with lack of customer service, the low credit limits until my score improved. I proved so that I could do better. When I started getting better cards I dumped this card. So keep in mind if you are trying to improved your credit, you can use this card to improve your scores if you manage your payments properly. This is definitely not a company or product that grows with you.
