Good Points

Plays DVDs and CDs (inc MP3s) just fine.


Bad Points

Would only record on Ritek (G04 dye) media. Media no longer made. So after a tub of 50 G04 discs, I'm left with a bucket of coasters made of G05 and all other makes including name brands such as TDK, Sony etc. Interface when setting up was a definite manual reading job and not intuitive at all for the non Techie types.


General Comments

In this day of DVD Writer hardware, this product is just unforgivable. I only paid 80 18 months ago when all other recorders were in the plus 150 range. I should have seen this coming.
