Lack of communication; constantly being directed from one line to another (in one case, the phone number i was given was dead!
I ordered 3 of the same tv's about 4 weeks ago for my auntie and for her kids. They didn't turn up on the actual order date that she paid for - so that was one day wasted sat in. I phoned them, told them to deliver it the following Saturday. The tvs then turned up on the Monday - course I'm not in because people work and thats why we'd paid for a weekend order date. I phoned again - to be delivered on the following Saturday. I sat in again. 2 Out of the 3 tvs were delivered. I phoned again (must be about the 10th time). they don't know where the tv is, but it may be delivered sometime soon. I'm sitting 8 days later, still nothing. I can't be told anything. I am going away for a week and Christmas is in 2 weeks so they've only got a few days window in which to deliver the last tv.
We can't give two of my aunts children a tv and just ignore the third!
I maybe wouldn't mind the missed delivery dates, the only delivered part of the order; if there had been some communication - how long does it take to send an email! I have had no communication from currys and have in fact phoned them 12 times?
I am going to write a letter of complaint to currys. I actually used to work for currys and loved it and was of the opinion that great customer service is what drives their business. The service i received is worse than despicable and i will never use them again.
