Good Points

None at all.


Bad Points

Terrible customer services .
Bad attitude.
Not willing to solve problems.
will not send a replacement phone


General Comments

Seemingly idiotic customer services who when they do answer the phone are not willing to try to resolve a problem.

I ordered a phone which was faulty on collection was sent an envelope to return phone which i returned promptly .
5 weeks down the line i still have not received a replacement
each week i call i am told the phone will be sent out and received after 2 days if you haven't received a phone by then call us for an update!!!!!

On my last call the story changed from (morning call) the phone will be processed today (Thursday) and received Friday Saturday.
I called back several hours later for confirmation that my phone will indeed be sent out to be told that processing will be on Friday and sent out Friday to be received on Friday !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The person on the phone proceeded to threating me with escalating the call to the police as he didn't like the fact i swore at him.

This so called company doesn't seem to have any structure
I asked to speak to a senior member of staff to raise my concerns about the attitude of the company i was told that all complaints are handled internally and there is no one else i can speak to!

Upto now i have paid 5 weeks line rental for a service i cant use as i have no phone and the second bill has just arrived today to add insult to injury.
