My branch bank has been great to me. Very helpful.
Customer service is great. It happened to me by mistake that I was few dollars in negative and US bank charged me for that, of course.
It was my mistake,but I was surprised when my branch called me and offered me help explaining that system might be just machine, but they are humans and they are willing to help. They cleared my negative after I've explained how it happen and they assured to me that I can always come and talk to them if something like that might happen again.
Really nice to know that my branch has excellent customer service and that they really care. Thumbs up!
