Bad Points

I find that it takes ages for them to answer the telephone. I never speak to the same person twice.

If the specialist charges for filling in WPA Health Insurance's claim form then you have to pay, WPA do not include this in the cover.
Pay 400 pounds plus a year in premium, still can only claim 75% back , IF they decide to pay out.


General Comments

I found that they declined to pay my claim even though I had telephoned them on numerous occasions to check that I was covered for this particular treatment before going ahead with the treatment.

First they tell me that I am covered and then change their mind.
No reason given as to why the claim was denied, it seems that they look at every possible way to avoid paying out, thats the impression you get.
