Customer services are good which is why I rated.
Poor quaility stones and gold.
I brought an aquamarine ring from gems TV for £59. My friend is a jeweller in bond street and he valued it for me. He told me that it was not aqua marine but glass. And the quality of gold was the cheapest there is. In all, the whole thing was valued at £20. Would never buy again from them. I showed him the authenticity certificate, and he said that because the have the absolute tiniest amount of aqua marine in it then they can get away with it. Beware.
