General Comments

Food is too horrible. My husband and I were hungry during the trip. Thank goodness our plane didn't get delayed, because I have 9 months old baby.
My baby didn't get a basinet, which I think we should deserve since we paid 70% of adult price for her ticket.
They handle our luggage poorly. Our stroller was damaged. One guy had wine/ other liquid in his luggage broken & leaking out.

They sent my tickets to my old address and we had to pay 300 for replacement. Right now I'm in the process of hoping they would admit their mistake and refund my money. Another setback is that, I can not speak to their customer service department for this complain. They say I have to contact the customer service through email and it taken a month to reply.

I WOULD NEVER NEVER TAKE THIS AIRLINE ANYMORE.
Instead I'll take KLM, I had nice experience with them. Good food definitely.
