General Comments

I've had my topshop card for almost 2 years, but i've only used it twice, the first i bought a shirt but then i had to return it because it wasn't the right size, i returned my item and was given a full refund however, even though it was still within the date of the statement they continued to charge me and then put me down as a late payment, Second time i got some trousers via the internet, i returned these as they were to big they sent out my statement but no letter to say that they got my returns, i was charged again as a missed payment and then they put insurance on top of that, even though they said i had not been put down to pay insurance because i didn't qualify.
You can't manage your card online so there is no way you can check on your card, 'm now paying this missed payment and writing to close my agreement.
