My Smeg DWF614 dishwasher looks great and easy to clean. My PCB board went after 2 years and was just out of warranty. Approx 300 to repair ( 175 + vat for part then a call out charge and labour on top). Top rack has never been great at washing and you have to load it very carefully to ensure reasonable washing standards. I gave SMEG a call to see what they had to say about my machine packing up after just over 2 years. I was impressed with their response. If I provide a written report from a registered SMEG repairman (at my own expense - 50 approx) they will deliver me a new machine complete with 5 year guarantee for 100.00 as a gesture of goodwill. Watch this space and I'll let you know if they deliver on this promise.
