Kwik fit did not get back to me before i left the country after i had informed them that i was going to be out of the country for 6 months and that i needed to extend my car insurance cover from the normal 60days.
I was told that they would ring back with the information.

Now that i have had a crash i have been told i am not covered.

I hold Kwik Fit to blame but they say it is my responsiblity not to leave the country with out writen confirmation, yet they are willing to use phone conversation to prevent fraud claims
