Location, entertainment, half board food option was very variable, staff superb!

being multi national so all announcements are in triple!
General Comments
We have been here for the last 2 years and have booked again for next year. As a family of 3 I find it caters for all our needs. Entertainment for kids (my Son is so in love with Tina, who used to look after the Mini kids club), Entertainemt for adults (I was an expert in salsa dancing - Not! - by the end of the two weeks !) and plenty for the husband to do, look and see!
The on site animation team are great (if you take the trouble to get to know them) and though it is nice to explore the other places this complex always came up tops for us!
We even tried public transport to Coralejo beaches which was easy and cheap.
It depends what you are looking for in a holiday, but if it is to chill out, and not worry about having to go far to get what you want then I would recommend this place 100%. There are 5 pools and always plenty of sunbeds, though the parasols can get bagged early! The rooms are clean, refurbished and huge!
I would recommend you shop around (price wise) through the tour operators as there are alot of operators in this complex and thier prices vary an awful lot!
Friends of our stayed in the complex opposite
(castillo suites)and said there was no comparison to our complex, even though they paid more!
