General Comments

I have been a Super pass member for a while now and things were great till about 6 months ago. I think that they are having major internal and financial problems. For the last 4 months, they were only able to ship me about 8 DVDs even though I have more than 300 selections in my queue. I got tired of complaining and just waiting for my membership to expire next February. I also tried asking for a refund on the unused portion but they denied it. They actually have the audacity to ask me to renew and get 2 months free. For those thinking of joining, please stay away from this company. You have been warned...
