Bad Points
Over-estimate number of titles available. Slow to ship. Damaged tapes.
General Comments
My experience echoes what others have written. They have rarely sent the three dvds I've contracted for. Disks arrive damaged. I've never received popular titles I placed in my quque over 8 months ago. Responses from customer service are boiler plate: apologetic and then no change in their horrible service. They do not the the tens of thousands of titles they claim. Brouse through their lists and I'd be amazed if over 2,00 titles are listed. I regret ever signing a contact with them. Listen to what others have written, please!
