Good Points

The service started out fine and after two months they all but stopped sending dvds.


Bad Points

Movies are unavailable. I've waited as long as 9 months for some titles (and they never arrived). The advertise tens of thousands of titles, but if you browse their lists, they probably add up to under 1500. No responses to requests for refunds.


General Comments

They never have requested titles available, never ship on time, never send the number of dvds contracted for, and avoid dealing with any questions asked of them. Dvds are frequently damaged and cannot be played. They just don't care after they have your money! Please, don't make the same mistake I and all of the other customers who have been taken in by them have made. Save your money and go to a ligitimate company.
