Good Points

The room was cleaned every day, although we didn't always get as many towels back as were left out.


Bad Points

The toilet leaked so we had to swim to take a pee. There is a nightclub in the basement of the hotel which has no soundproofing, we were staying on the second floor and could hear everything without much difficulty. This meant sleepless nights every night as the music started at 1 in the morning and finished at 5. The shower in the room was broken, so we had to hold the head over us as we showered. The swimming pool was filthy and freezing cold, so there was no swimming to be done. The food was ok but it was the same every day. A little variety would have been nice (fortunately there were good restaurants not too far away). The majority of the staff were ok, but if you don't speak any French be prepared to be ignored.


General Comments

Don't stay at this hotel if you can help it. We got back to the UK at the beginning of Dec 07 and vowed to never go there again. Marrakesh is lovely. The Kenza isn't. Food was the same every day, nightclub in the hotel means no sleep, toilets leak, and staff are ignorant at best.
