Good Points

Nothing that other banks cant offer


Bad Points

Rubbish advertising.


General Comments

I chose to open my student account with Halifax, as knew i would be tight for money at universty, and figured that the 2750 overdraft could come in helpful as oppose to the free gift other banks were offering. However, i have been informed that i cannot increase my overdraft above 1000. Therefore i would recommend people read through the small print or opt for the free gift instead!
