Good Points

Easy accessibility to operators, clear policy, no premium increase with claims, user friendly,, claims usually settled within three weeks


Bad Points

None that I've yet found.


General Comments

We have two policies with Argos pet insurance and we have yet to be disappointed. Our puppy required two eye surgeries only months after we got home (so only months after our policy began.) Argos sent the large sums of settlement to us within two weeks of receiving the claim. No quibble.I called to find out what would happen to our premiums and I was told they would remain the same until the following year only because prices only increase with inflation. Policy prices do not increase based on claims like car insurance. I am absolutely satisfied with Argos Pet Insurance and I would recommend them to my best friends.
