Good Points

It is not until you make a claim that you find how good the insurance that you have paid for years is, and we find that they have no good points


Bad Points

We find that they seem to stall on everything to delay paying out quote ''we have not received all the documents from you so we cannot proceed'' the documents were giving to pru's rep who sent them to the wrong department.


General Comments

As we said they stall on every point, as we were injured in the accident we keep asking for a claims form and they say it has been sent time and time again, the council have sent us a bill for road closure which was sent to them to pay which they said they would, we had another demand to pay the bill, pru said they had paid it. We received a final bill given us 10 days to pay or legal action would be taken against us! on taking this matter up with the pru they said they were not going to pay until they had heard from the police. we had no option but to pay this ourselves as we would get a bad credit rating . We would not recommend this company to anybody!!
