General Comments

My vet wouldn't accept direct payment from this company, so I had to pay up front and am still waiting for the money back 3 months on! It almost seems pointless taking out the insurance. When I call them to ask when I'll receive my money all they say is 'I don't know'. I asked would it be before Christmas and again their reply was 'I don't know'. How they are still in business I'll never know, because I can't imagine anyone would stay with this company if they have ever had to made a claim. After chasing payment I asked to cancel my other pets insurance and they had the cheek to ask why!
