General Comments
I have had exactly the same experience as below. Was told exactly when my installation would be, what time and it all was done in less than two weeks. I received my modem three days after I picked up the phone!Oh and my installation didn't cost me £99.99 it cost me £1. I was with bulldog a few years ago when were really poor so moved to BT, but BT's "fair usage" policy was driving me up the wall. Everyday, after 5pm the internet speed would halve and more often than not I would get disconnected. I went back to Bulldog because at least their internet service wasn't bad. Now it seems they fixed customer services too. Unlike BT, they make you wait AND you speak to someone in the UK. They have some special offers at the moment, but after those I pay £24.50 for 16meg broadband and a tenner for a telephone line. The internet speeds are really good. Believe me, i remember how bad Bulldog were but it seems they have really fixed a lot of things. Compared to what else is out there, you wont go wrong.
