Good Points
If you have really frizzy and dry hair the shampoo does work.With many other moisturising shampoos that contain harsh ingredients after the second wash my hair tends to feel stripped of natural oils.The anti-frizz shampoo does have a smoothing effect.

Bad Points
Sadly to say I agree that the conditioner and the mask made my hair extremely knotty.I would not recommend using it.

General Comments
Use the shampoo alone and try a different variety of conditioner.The effect is still smoothing but not knotty.
