Good Points
Their pricing is good.

Bad Points
I continually had connection problems with IMAP. The password icon would pop up half a dozen times a day for months on end. Extremely slow to load any of my email in any folder, big or small.

General Comments
I was a Run box client for years and I really really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but my business just couldn't take it any longer. So, I switched over to Fast mail.FM and it is like night and day. I am now a die hard fast mail fan. You can't even compare the two programs because fast mail is so much faster and more dependable.I just hope that some day Run box comes around and fixes their different issues.
