General Comments
I ordered a digital radio on the Friday afternoon, delivery was promised within 5-7 working days. It was delivered on the Saturday Morning! I think that's excellent service.

I haven't had to call to complain about anything or send anything back, so I can't comment on the after sales service but my experience so far is positive.
