Customer service was really good with the online mobile phone shops.

Waiting for cash back claims.


General Comments

Rather pleased:After waiting over 7 months for my first cash back claim to be sorted, I rang for the third time and expected another sharp, brash customer service girl to be yet again unhelpful and fob me off. And, yes I was offered gift vouchers, and was explained about delays. But, what I found completely different this time was the actual brilliance of the customer service chap I spoke to. I work in Customer Relations so it might mean more to me than anyone reading this - but it really does seem they have now at least got customer care on top of their list. I am still disgusted in the wait and took Argos gift voucher things instead. At least something before Christmas: there's no way they're going to pay cash back money in time for it. Here's hoping they start living up to their promises soon though, as it's gonna take more than an impressionable customer service adviser to win over their current customers!
