    Good Points

    It all sounded quite promising and a good company to work for. they needed a good c.v which I had.


    Bad Points

    Went for the interview and told them about my work and the good customer service skills that I had was given and was told that they was not good enough and I wasn't given any more information


    General Comments

    I wasn't very happy to be told I didn't have enough skills for a telephone job wen people should be given that chance to try a different work type or the opportunity to be on the register for different work types in the future.
