Bad Points
I'm thankful for keeping my land line and cell because this blasted thing cannot keep a connection. We have the full package and not one time have we been able to get through a complete call. Also, the connection sounds horrid with all the static in the background. Three time we were disconnected from an important doctors call, after finishing the call on our land line phone .
General Comments
$200 for the phone $20-$30 for an (802) area code and about $63 per year for unlimited VOIP use, not too bad if the blasted thing worked. Oh, and good luck trying to get anywhere with tech service. My partner has been a computer tech and wireless network tech for many, many years as has her brother and they worked on the darn thing daily without positive results. Sometimes newer is not always better.
