Reliable service, good customer support, good speeds.
None to mention at the moment
Generally I like it, within last eight months since I've been with them no problems whatsoever. And now, few points:
1. Reliability. Installation date was confirmed by post and over the phone, on the top that I was given a time slot of eng attendance, which was 0800-1000. Eng knocked to my door exactly at 08:15. Service was up and running within minutes.
2. Experience with Customer Service Desk - very helpful staff, superb communication. What was also very important - i was given full name of the agent and his extension number "just in case if I need it in the future". Obviously I don't have to mention free cust service number.
3. Up to 8Mb - When connected I'm getting 8,2 sometimes 8,4, but it's because i'm just literally few yards from the exchange.
I'm really pleased with Bulldog, I've heard the stories about their poor service for very long time and to be honest, I started to think "it can't be that bad" so I've decided to try. Another thing, Bulldog's installation fee is £99.99 so comparing to BT you can save £25 quid and be sure job is done by the same company, so the service won't be cery far from BT. And that's all really.
