Loyal, loving, courageous, tenacious and just so much fun.
None. No road sense.
My Patterdale Terrier is almost 3 years old and we've had him since 6 weeks.
I simply cannot imagine life without him - he's taken over our lives in so many ways.
He hates the postmen and tears the letters out of their hands as they come in through the letter box.
Other humans - he likes however, just as long as they're not coming into his territory. Superb watchdog, he can hear the slightest sound outside and alerts us with barking.
Insatiable prey drive - regularly takes down rabbits and pheasants (which we share).
Is very affectionate with his immediate family and is rarely more than a couple of feet away day or night.
Likes company and loads of exercise. Good with kids although gives the odd warning growl if pulled and pushed.
I'm looking for a nice little bitch to keep him company. He is just such a great character and wins over all who meet him.
