Good Points

Cheap initially


Bad Points

Had to pay £20 to change vehicle and new price not competitive but they charge you for canceling your policy also, so had to stick with it for now.


General Comments

I did not realise there were charges attached if you want to change vehicle(eg buy new car) and I think this should be made clear at purchase of policy, although competitive initially after charges I am not convinced.

    it is made very clear at the start of your policy the charges applied. whether you did it over the phone, on-line, either way you were advised, and they also advise customers to check t&cs and policy docs that is why you have a 14 day cooling off period. your choice not to read it, if you did you would have known
