Bad Points
Got my global gosim and the first time I tried to call France got nothing-no dial tone. Tried to call UK-nothing.
Went through the 3 'alternative' dialing methods from the leaflet supplied and from the website-NOTHING.Took ages!!
As I HAD to make the calls, I used my Saudi mobile and racked up $40 worth of calls.
Emailed the customer service section the next day and got the REAL information. From Saudi I have to message 9146 and then out the following:
*146*full international number followed by #. Then I have to send the message and wait for call back! Tried a 'test' to France and it worked.
Yesterday, tried to call Portugal-no call back-after 3 attempts.
Back to emailing customer service. Only to be told to do what I'd already done.After some pointless emails , I tried the saved message configuration and it worked.
GOSIM has refused to refund the direct calls I had to make from my 'other' mobile and now I have no faith in the product/system.
