The car had four wheels
It was dirty and did not have a locking wheel nut in the car so when the tyre took in a nail one week into our holiday, we were stuck in 47 degrees of heat and no garage could help us. We made nine calls to the Malaga office but a rude woman refused to listen to us and kept putting down the phone on us and we were forced to drive back to the airport - with a child in the car and a nail sticking out of our tyre - to change the car. Dangerous and it ruined our week.
The company had rendered their car unusable. After our holiday, their customer service was rubbish.
