Good Points

There has only been one advisor at the other end that knows what she is doing all the others cut you off after you have been holding for ages.


Bad Points

I believe the management hasn't got a clue they promise to call back and don't.


General Comments

I am disgusted at the service provided by Northern Rock unfortunately as I am on maternity I cant even swop my mortgage to another lender. I applied for a mortgage review and two times the application wasn't received by them coincidence I don't think, I was promised to have one sent special delivery in October and am still waiting for this I think its travelling by camel this has now resulted in my account being in arrears and myself receiving threatening letters and when I have spoken to the advisor's at the other end to sort out I don't seem to get a call back just threatening letters.
