Good Points

The website was easy to use, and the delivery of boxes came as expected.


Bad Points

I have waited 2 days to get the boxes collected, and have been fobbed off each time.
I will go with another company and lose the £50 for box delivery if I have to wait another day for delivery.


General Comments

Do not use Allfreight if you have the choice. The staff on the phone are friendly, but treat you like a 5 year old. I have waited for 2 days for my boxes to be collected.
I have had to take a day off, and then ask neighbours to wait for the collection. Go elsewhere, even its more expensive!!!!!!
